Please note that since we do not — yet — have 501(c)(3) status, your contributions are not currently tax-deductible. If this is an obstacle, please email hello@newsrelaynetwork.org and we'll get you set up to donate through our fiscal sponsor.

As of fall 2025, here are our fundraising priorities:

• Listening sessions (space, catering, and equipment)
• Newsroom LAUNCH! That includes covering the costs of a digital presence, online and print distribution, and contributor compensation
• Content translation
• Securing work space: We want to be on the ground, in the community, accessible to everyone, as much as possible, so we're looking for an office
